Summer Solstice Sound Bath
Join Jenessia on Sunday, June 22nd at 8pm for a sound bath to integrate the radiant, expansive energy of the summer solstice. We'll begin with gentle grounded movement and breath awareness before settling into a soundscape of crystal singing bowls, chimes and more.
