We're your neighborhood yoga studio offering a variety of classes on our outdoor patio, indoors and virtually. We have classes to suit all experience levels, from complete beginners to advanced yogis. Come practice with us!
200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Enrollment is now open for our Yoga Alliance Certified 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program! The program is led by Hannah Wenzel, Sondra Sun and Julia Bembenek, and spans 13 weekends from March 8 — June 1, 2025. Join our first open house info session on Tuesday, December 17th at 6:45pm!
