Join Steven on Saturday, January 24th from 2:30-4:30pm for this intermediate level workshop to invigorate your spirit and enrich your practice through inversions. Designed for students who are comfortable kicking up to handstand against the wall and are ready to take things to the next level!
Breathwork and Sound Bath
Join us on February 8th at 8pm as Allison Bagg, sound practitioner and breathwork facilitator, guides us on a cosmic journey of reset and rejuvenation.
