Moon Ritual: Cacao Ceremony & Healing Circle

Harnessing the illuminating energy of the Full Moon, we will be working with ancestral healing rituals to release what no longer serves us, making space for what we’d like to call into our lives, hearts, bodies and spirits. Together, we will create a sacred circle through a traditional Indigenous opening ceremony, ease our nervous systems through somatic exercises and purify our energy through breath work, all in preparation to ritualistically receive the magical medicine of Cacao with intention and introspection.

This is an opportunity to slow all the way down and prioritize your spiritual wellness, while learning about how Mexica (Aztec) Curanderismo (traditional healing) can help you strengthen your connection to yourself, the earth, and the cosmos. What to bring

Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a journal, pen, refillable water bottle and a yoga mat (if you don’t have a yoga mat, you can borrow one from the studio).

Xochitl Jazmin Villa, born and raised in Los Angeles, California (Tongva Territory) is a curanderismo practitioner & intuitive facilitator of healing and spiritual transformation. Her gifts have been with her since infancy and she has spent the last 8 years refining her skills and developing her offerings through practice, mentorship, research and hundreds of first-hand experiences with a wide range of clientele.
