Lion’s Gate Portal: Breath, Sound & Voice Activation

Lion's Gate is an annual cosmic alignment that serves as a gateway for manifestation, transformation, and realignment with our highest expression. We will use this potent time to clear energy through active breathwork and call forward what we would like to manifest in our lives through sound and voice activation. This workshop is taking place during Leo seasons which expands on the themes of Self expression and confidence to create the life we desire. This workshop serves as an activation to step more boldly into our truth and authenticity.

About Bree VanZutphen

Bree is a healer, teacher, creator, and artist. She combines somatic and embodiment practices in all of her teachings and is passionate about addressing the physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects of Self in everything she facilitates. The intention at the core of her teachings is to hold space for others to deprogram their bodies and their minds of conditioning from upbringing, society, and the collective consciousness that inhibits the unique soul expression of each individual. She values freedom, authenticity, truth, conscious choice, community, and connection to the Self about all else.
