We'll begin with guided breath patterns to open the body, release tension, and quiet the noise of the day. From there, you'll be invited to fully surrender into deep rest through Yoga Nidra—a lying-down meditation practice that guides you into a state between waking and sleeping, where the body can heal and the mind can soften. This space is for anyone feeling overextended, anxious, stuck in their head, or simply craving stillness. Whether you’re totally new to these practices or returning to them, you are welcome.

ABOUT Zoe Weber

Zoe Weber is a breathwork and yoga teacher who holds space for rest, reflection, and return. Her offerings are rooted in the belief that we don’t need to push harder to feel better—instead, we can slow down, breathe deeply, and listen closely to what the body already knows. Through breath, movement, and stillness, she invites students into a quieter, more honest relationship with themselves.

Her work is informed by years of personal practice, study, and a deep reverence for the cycles of nature and the intelligence of the nervous system. Zoe’s spaces feel like a soft exhale: grounded, non-performative, and gently transformative. Whether guiding a group or working one-on-one, she meets people with tenderness and reminds them—often in the simplest ways—that they’re already whole.
