Sunday Run-Day: Run, Yoga & Sound Bath with Tofu Scramble Run Club

HLP Yoga x Tofu Scramble Run Club

Join Jenessia and Michael Nájera-Navarro of Tofu Scramble Run Club for a Sunday run, followed by a 40 minute accessible, all-levels yoga practice and a 20 minute restorative sound bath.

We’ll meet at Highland Park Yoga (where you can stow your belongings and yoga mat) and depart for the run from there. We’ll have two options for the run portion — a 60 min, 4-5 mile neighborhood run, or a 2 mile walk. All paces are welcome and encouraged to join! We’ll send out the route map ahead of time, and print-outs will be available day of. After the run, we’ll meet back at Highland Park Yoga for a 40 minute, all levels yoga practice followed by a 20 minute restorative sound bath. Stick around afterwards for non-alcoholic Beers by Athletic Brewing Company, and socialize with like-minded new friends!

Schedule

3pm: Check in at Highland Park Yoga 3:15: Depart for the run/walk 4:15: Conclude the run/walk meeting back at Highland Park Yoga 4:30: Yoga & sound bath (on the outdoor patio) 5:30: Social time on the patio!

What to bring

  • Refillable water bottle (filtered water available at Highland Park Yoga)
  • Pre/post run nutrition
